When humanity came to the CotU galaxy, they were forced to begin on their own. Grandeur was where they settled, and it is now a very heavily populated planet similar to Earth in its variatey of ecosystems and its distance away from its sun. It is incredibly heavily defended inside and out, making any thoughts of invasion questionable.
